Web applications & agent systems, from architecture to production.

I help companies, SMEs and independent professionals design and ship reliable websites, business applications and agent systems. My work combines two complementary practices: fullstack development; and agent orchestration, RAG and controlled automation.

Services

  • 01

    Full-stack development

I combine a strong visual direction with solid product engineering to create bespoke web experiences. Interface, content, data and business logic form one coherent product, from design through production.

    • Websites with a distinct identity

Responsive design, CMS integration and multilingual content.

    • Interactive applications and platforms

Fluid interfaces, structured data and administration tools.

    • Complete transactional journeys

Availability, booking, payment and operational follow-up.

  • 02

    Orchestration & AI agent systems

I design agent systems that carry out concrete tasks within a company’s environment, independently or in coordination. Routing, context, permissions, budgets and traceability govern every execution.

    • AI workflows

Business processes delegated to agents at the right stage.

    • Multi-agent infrastructure

Specialised agents that collaborate or act autonomously.

    • Existing-tool integration

Data, APIs and internal services connected to the system.

Projects

  1. 01/Agent orchestration runtime

    TypeScript, Pi, SQLite

    Relay

Relay automates complex processes by assigning each step to the most suitable agent, tool or model. Execution limits, durable state and a complete record of actions and results keep its workflows under control.

    • Multi-agent orchestration

Coordinates workflows as typed tasks, with a specialised role and isolated context for each agent.

    • Multi-model execution

Selects models through a runtime adapter and catalogue based on task requirements, capabilities and cost.

    • Execution limits

Enforces cost, duration and turn limits, with automatic cancellation and action rules outside the model.

    • State and provenance

Stores runs, attempts, evidence and content-addressed artifacts in SQLite with their complete provenance.

  2. 02/Multilingual editorial platform

    Next.js, Sanity, Prisma

    Cruïlla

Cruïlla brings shops, a gallery and editorial content together in an immersive experience available in four languages. The team manages content in Sanity and follows visits, interactions and conversions through a dedicated dashboard.

    • Visual experience

Builds the landing page as a responsive parallax scene with reduced motion, deferred loading and targeted LCP preloading.

    • Multilingual CMS

Models four languages in Sanity without duplicate entries, with localised slug rules and secure editorial previews.

    • Business analytics

Tracks visits, shop interactions, calls to action and conversions in a dashboard, with opt-out and automatic retention controls.

  3. 03/Regulatory & document copilot

    Next.js, Prisma, pgvector

    Architext

Architext helps architects use their project files and prepare regulatory documents from verifiable sources. Project documents, conversations and data feed suggestions that users can review, correct and export.

    • Document ingestion

Extracts PDF, DOCX and text files page by page, with selective OCR, versioning and asynchronous processing.

    • Regulatory search

Classifies each question, then retrieves relevant sources through a document hierarchy from book to article.

    • Verifiable suggestions

Links every proposed field to its source excerpt and page so users can accept, edit or reject it.

    • Versioned exports

Generates DOCX and PDF deliverables from controlled templates and archives each export with its source snapshot.

  4. 04/Booking & synchronised availability

    Next.js, Prisma, Stripe, iCal

    Gîtes des Deux Rives

The site takes travellers from discovering the properties through booking and payment. Owners use synchronised calendars and an admin area to manage stays, cancellations, refunds and deposits.

    • Booking and payment

Recalculates availability and pricing on the server before Stripe payment, then records the payment and booking through a signed webhook.

    • Unified calendars

Combines direct bookings with Booking.com, Airbnb, Abritel and Gîtes de France, including timezone handling and cached fallback data.

    • Operational follow-up

Handles cancellations, partial or full refunds, deposits and operational history through the admin area.

    • Media pipeline

Generates the image catalogue and placeholders at build time, then serves a keyboard- and touch-compatible gallery.

  5. 05/Interactive guestbook & moderation

    Next.js, Prisma, Auth.js

    thebusinesscrew

thebusinesscrew turns a public guestbook into an interactive Windows 98/XP desktop. Visitors explore and publish messages through movable windows, while a protected area provides moderation controls.

thebusinesscrew retro desktop interface with icons and draggable windows.

    • Window manager

Supports dragging, resizing, focus, minimisation, maximisation and touch interactions.

    • Message feed

Combines server rendering, stable cursor pagination and continuous client-side scrolling.

    • Anonymous publishing

Combines server validation, multilingual filtering, rate limiting and OAuth-protected moderation.

  6. 06/Workshop document management

    Next.js, MySQL, files

    Arbo

Arbo organises a workshop’s project files and supplier references around its existing server folder structure. Teams can find projects, share a document library and continue accessing files directly on the server.

    View technical achievements
    • Project file tree

Creates a deterministic server-side structure and indexes metadata in MySQL, cleaning up files when database writes fail.

    • Supplier library

Exposes centralised documents as virtual references inside projects without duplicating source files.

    • Workshop search

Combines MySQL full-text search, prefixes, keywords, years and project numbers.
